The Permanente Local, having left Newhall Yard, passes the Lenzen Avenue Roundhouse on October 20th, 1985. While SP had assigned a TEBU slug set to San Jose to work the Permanente, on this day, the slug set is in the shop and the local is being handled by SD9E's 4450 and 4451 and GP9E's 3855 and 3878.
