Amtrak #11 rolls through the hilly grass land of the California Central Coast and is about to enter San Miguel, CA. It's March 22, 2002, and the winter rains have been very sparse considering the colors of the hillsides. Caltrain F40PH 908 leads two P42's on its way to Los Angeles and some heavy maintenance work.
