Amtrak train 578 blasts through Los Nietos, CA on March 19, 1999 with P42DC 113 in the lead and F59PHI 461 pushing. One can only suspect that there was some trouble with the cab controls in the first car. Note that while the lines of the F59PHI fit the Cal Cars nicely, the P42's definitely look ungainly when they don't have some baggage cars or MHC's to provide a transition.
