SP SW8 1120 switches the little pocket yard on 18th Street neat Wood Street in Oakland. I believe that this is one of the few (if only) times that I saw an operation over on 18th Street. The track connected with the main line just east of the 16th Street Interlocking Tower. June 17, 1982.
