By mid-1984, the Escanaba & Lake Superior, an all Baldwin operation, was very upset with railfans and other trespassers, to the point of placing a monster sign at the entrance to their Wells, MI facility saying that railfans were not welcome. From the road, we see the E&LS deadline, with former Delaware and Hudson RF-16's 1205 and 1216 spliced by switcher E&LS 204. June 6, 1984.
